This site aims to be a central resource for the UK freshwater invertebrate fauna and their associated genomic data, based on the reference collection held at the Natural History Museum, London. The species list is built on the UK Checklist of freshwater species (Gunn et al. 2018) with higher taxonomy provided by the UK Species Inventory, hosted by the Natural History Museum.
